My partner just set up her own profile . As it’s a single female she needs to photo verify to set up the account which she did - and then it got accepted

It has now reverted back to saying she needs to upload a verification pic whenever she goes to login (after initially giving her account access) and despite continually resubmitting verification pics nothing changes.

As she can’t access her account she can’t report the issue. She is genuine and has supplied a compliant verification pic showing her username on a piece of paper .

Can anyone help clear the blocked.

Account username for her is “ TheBlueS “

.......

Ask her to contact admin.

It can be done without being logged in. But mention the profile name that way.

And it doesn’t let her contact admin from her account .

It just keeps taking her back to a “you need to photo verify to complete registration “ page in a big loop (which she has already submitted 4/5 times ) .

Any further advice appreciated

Contact admin without logging in and mention the profile name to them.

You don't need to be logged in to contact admin.

Thanks again for your help.

She has sent a message from the homepage to “contact site owner”

Hopefully this resolves it. Will let you know

Hi
