When receiving forum bans/mutes and a message is received from Admin/Moderator advising of this, can we please be informed of the offending post/reason for the ban. Simply receiving a message stating a particular rule has been broken, doesn't help preventing further rule breaches as the specific post is never mentioned. When posting on multiple threads, how is the offending person to know which particular post caused offence? Also, why is no reply ever received when giving feedback or disputing a ban/mute by a moderator, even when the correct process has been followed? While we understand that moderators are offering their time freely and cannot reply personally to every question, surely it is common courtesy to reply to a question involving a dispute, or what is the point of offering a service to resolve a dispute? After all, if a person has a valid case and indeed has been wrongly muted/banned, how is their case resolved?

If you contact admin about a forum ban, and we find it's not appropriate, we'll reverse it and let you know.

If you don't hear from us you can assume the ban is OK by us
