Captions on pics

Would be great to have the ability to add a caption to our uploaded pics, rather like a certain well known social networking site

Wouldn't go as far as tagging though! Just an idea. Is it doable?

I know this thread is over a year old but I thought It would be better to search and use this rather than create another one...

Are Admin still looking to bring this feature back? I know in the FAQs it says that you are at some point but that was written quite a while ago...
