Been members for years, have dozens of verifications as a couple but our profile has been changed to a single guy. Can admin shed some light on this please?

We had a reply from admins saying we had to contact them again if we are definitely a couple, which we are you can see that from our verifications, but you can’t reply directly to the message so had to send another message via the link and nothings been changed.

It’s not exactly easy to get a reply from admin, and even when they do message you then you can’t reply and have to go through the contact link again. We just don’t understand why this would have happened when we are photo verified, been on years and have lots of verifications proving we meet as a couple!

Well it’s been 2 days and despite an initial response from admin to ask us a question, we’ve received no further communication from admin and nothing has changed.

Totally gobsmacked that somebody who’s pissed off cos our fem wouldn’t have sex with them, can dictate the nature of our profile, we have no say and the site owners can’t be bothered to even check and verify.
