There are titles for male female tv’s etc…I think there should be one for transgender….pre or post op…..what do others think…

So if a man is post op and now has female parts what would they use to describe themselves? Tv/ts,female or are they still men..?

It's for us to determine, not others. The journey is highly personal and fraught with uncertainty and potential problems, including medical issues that are very sensitive. If others are interested, it's best to have good communication with someone who you are interested in, to build your trustworthiness, etc. The fab denotation has been discussed ad nausea, thousands of times, as seen from forum searches.
