cant chat or pm in chat rooms with my phone.

How cum i cnt send a pm or join in with the chat,i can c and hear the cams,i cnt open my cam either,is coz im using this site via my phone? Plz help me folks,dnt pm tho,lol i can read them put not reply,i can ever type a message but av nothing 2 press 2 send it.
