reporting abusive member?

Just out of interest, is there a way of reporting abusive members?

Yes click

On their profile and you should see a link to report. It comes up with a list of possible complaints ..

If they've blocked you then either use the link on a message they have sent or type their user name in manually.

If all else fails use the contact admin button at the bottom of the page and report their name - admin can check messages.

Just to clarify , the contact button isn't the place to report a member.

As others have said, there will always be a report button to the left of the profile.

what happens with the reports.

I've reported a male user twice today for racist messages. Does anything come about these?

Taken from FAQs.......

What happens to a report? An admin reviews every single user report we receive. We may permanently suspend a user's account, disable certain aspects of the account or issue them a warning. We won't provide you any feedback on what action we've taken.

they will sort it but obviously it takes a bit of time to read through all the complaints admin must have they should sort it soon mate. Thats what I was told because I silly moo thought it would be acted on immediately but it takes a little bit of time but will get done
