Private messages don't seem to be working - get this message "The service is unavailable" or it times out - took forever to be able to post this too!

Yes I too, switched my router off, took the base plate out and thought it was my end

Is it fixed now?

If you try another website , any website you can normally tell if your connection is ok and it is just one particular site playing up.
