Wirral

Our profile currently shows that yellow highlight to say we have a message waiting but all the messages are read and I can’t get rid of it. Any advice?

I read somewhere that if you change back to the old version of message inbox, that sometimes clears it. Then change it back to the new version

I have exactly the same issue. My Inbox shows unread message and cannot get rid of it. Where you can change it back to the old version?

Go to your messages, just above your first message you'll see " you're on the new mail box tap for more info" tap on that then tap " turn off new mail box and go back to old one"

Also if you go to your messages then tap menu then tap delete all, this will clear your mail box and take away the unread one. I've had to do that 4 times over the past couple of years x

We had this problem, and found the only way that worked for us was to go through our inbox and open every message.

I wonder if it's caused when receiving a message when that particular one is already open.
