Updating site supporter?

Someone I know is having trouble updating their site supporter status

They are told that no more requests are being taken

Is this a blip or is there a reason why some can't upgrade when they have been able to before?

Have had this issue for days... Asked admin but think they are busy bee's

Runs out tomorrow here.. Along with the other probs, been a strange few days!

Seems to be working here IF i wanted to by the looks of things - have gone as far as wanting me mobile number etc,,,,,,,,

u still not had a reply, i find that quite shocking. the site dont want site supports now?

i am a site support and it says i should get a reply withen 24 hours

so admin, why are certian people not allowed to upgrade and why are their pleas for help being ignored? to see someone be treated like that is making me worry about upgrading.
