allowing selected people to view cams

hi, we like cam fun but are wary that anyone can come into the room and see our faces, wed love it if we could somehow block our cam at the push of a button the allow people access on an individual basis. sorry if this has been asked before. x

I agree, should be able to control who views you on cam. One reason I don't turn my cam on, don't want all of sundry seeing me

More options on chat would be an excellent improvement. also would negate the need for a cam only room as being discussed on another thread

people who are blocked cannot see your cam - Now that would be stupid !

If you are that worried you can sort the room list by who is viewing you. Then block the ones who you don't want. Easy

They can if you block and leave your cam on. You have to block and then switch cam off or log off chat and back in.

Yep, Ruggers is right - block em and they can't view.

Quick question though - if blocked in chat does that person not then get added to your block list and hence can't view your profile/message you?

Some may not want to be seen in chat but may not want to block those people from potentially contacting them in the future.

The block blocks everything Obi.

It would seem odd though if someone didn't want another to see their cam but want to be in contact outside chat.
