I notice that a lot of ladies on here complain that they're inboxes are filled with hundreds of messages. Often these are sent by people on the other side of the UK and have no real chance of meeting up with those they've sent to.

Perhaps a good idea would be to allow msgs to be filtered by distance between sender and receiver.

This way those who are looking to meet locally (and who are much more likely to actually meet up for real) will be able to sift through stuffed inboxes and get to read the msgs they are actually looking out for.

They could however cut down their messages by using the age filters, or newbies, those without photographs etc. People will always try their luck and message someone they don't match in the hope that they will be the one to change their mind

But yes its a good idea
