I have messaged on a number of occasions and been charged 15p every time by iD mobile but never receive a reply with an upgrade code. iD Mobile say they are being sent so I can only think there’s a problem at Fabs end. Does anyone else have this happen? Can you help, Fab?

Are the filters turned off via your network site as im sure one could be active whilst the other switched on

Central

Some of the virtual mobile network operators don't provide premium text messaging services. Check if ID mobile does.

You will obviously have to have your account set for adult content, as others state.

Contact your network provider and tell them you have restricted access unable to use payment via text they'll ask you questions to verify and lift any restrictions
