Is anyone else having issues with watching people's videos on here?

Past couple of days it's been the case that videos will cut short regardless of the playback length. You can't then play them again without reloading the page and they will still cut short.

Not sure what's going on?

If you’re using Chrome try clearing your cache. Or try videos in another browser (not just mobile or desktop site versions)

Clearing the cashe hasn't helped. Going to try a different browser.

Have to add this is only happening on my phone

I've noticed at times if you uninstall and reinstall the browser it helps as they get glitche at times

I've had the same issue, only the past few days, but cuts after about 10 Seconds. Did you have any luck in resolving it?

Try and uninstall and reinstall the browser they get glitche at times seems to work for me

Same problem, cache and browser suggestions haven't worked, which would suggest a problem on FAB side of things

Admin are investigating this, to help them they ask these questions please

Does this only happen on your phone, or Does it happen on pc as well?

Does this happen on other sites?

If on phone, does it happen when fully charged / plugged in charging?

Do you have any settings on your phone that optimise battery usage?

Phone and tablet using chrome and opera

No problems with other sites

WiFi is good and can stream hi Def movies and play online games at the same time

Doesn't matter if it's half full charged or plugged in

Most if not all videos from here stop at between 11&15 seconds won't play past that even when refreshing or fast forwarding.

It feels like a restriction for only having silver membership.

I know that won't be the case

Do you have any settings on your phone that optimise battery usage?"

Maybe try another browser, it's worked for me when I've uninstalled and reinstalled the browser chrome

Only happens on my Android, not my PC.

Same problem, gets to 11 seconds and stops.

I seem to remember this problem occurring many moons ago!
