Is there a way that this site must get all members to be photo verified by admin begore there profile becomes active that way ot will cut down on the amount of fake woman and couple profiles where it is in fact just a single guy

If this is worrying you, just set your filters to block non-verified users and don't contact anyone without photo-verification. That way the site works exactly as you want
