lost password !!!

my playmate has done a new profile,she has fogotten to wirte her password down for safe keeping,, problem is fab keeps saying enter your email and we will forward your password, but after 7 attempts still waiting for the email,!! our email address is correct,!! any help peeps ?

You carnt have 2 accounts on 1 email address,you will need to make a new email address then a new username and password.
