Unable to post in forum from couples profile

We are unable to post or reply in the forum from our couples profile. Photo verified and silver membership. Allows us to type out a reply and hit send but it never shows up in the forum. When I reply on this profile it shows the reply on a blue background but the couple profile is not doing that. Any ideas as to why?
