Hi

Is it possible to turn friend updates to OFF

'Friends Updates Recent updates by your friends'

One of my fiends list contacts posts floods of them and I really don't want to see everything she gets up to and posts, with every bloke or group of them she bonks lol.

Its putting me off my tea.

Great website otherwise tho still to sample the delights of a suitably sex mad lady or one whose fancies my assistance lol x

Unfriend her?

Or just scroll on past.

You could always tell her how you feel. That might solve the issue quite quickly.

I was foolishly hoping the site might add it as a feature. The way it maybe works is you get to see all of what the last person you added posts but not the others.

Just a design thing.

It makes it look as if 1% of site users get 99% of the sex lol ~ maybe they do?

I used to get upset seeing status updates former FWB constantly asking for meets and stating his horniness, probably I annoyed him also what mine. I unfriended him and that solved the problem.

(He didn't have get any meets on Fab and left the site)...

Have you met this person at all? Is she really a 'friend' or just a random stranger you've added on here - because there's a distinct difference.

Genuine friends wouldn't really be bothered or upset by what each other gets up to and with whoever.

If the actions of someone you don't know are causing distress and upset then it's simple. Unfriend them. I'd even go so far as to say block them so you don't inadvertently see what they've been doing.

And do 1% of the site get 99% of the sex?

No. But there are a huge number of profiles that don't meet, are just here to chat, use the forums, look at pictures and videos as if it was a porn site (it's definitely not) and to browse the activities of others.

The percentage that are active is definitely higher than 1%. But quite possibly still below 50%.

The site gives tools that can be used to prevent the issue you have. You can choose to use them - or not.

Interesting points of view there.

Seeing that flood of stuff just reminds me of the sex ed poster from the old days. The one that said, when you sleep with one person you are potentially sleeping with everyone else that person has slept with to date, microbially anyway.

You can say whatever you like but I'm not being judgy in my original post. I was merely describing a potential site feature that would be handy.

Friends lists are more like bookmarks on here for future mutual reference. I guess some users may actually be literal in their use of the word friend but I take a looser potential contact viewpoint on fab.

Safe sex obviously helps for casual, including contacts on here.

Consenting adults will still take whatever risks they think appropriate to their circumstances that's up to them.

Posting forensic quality photos about it has some merit in at least being frank.
