Hi, we have a few friends recently that have created new accounts, I.e couples and singles and there accounts have been suspended within a few hours, even though they have followed site rules, verified etc, they and us have messaged the site owners but have had no response? How often are these messages and suspended accounts being reviewed? One still have full access but can’t message or receive message as there account shows suspended? Any info would be greatly appreciated as you can probably see the frustration this is causing people, Many Thanks

Suspended accounts are reviewed within 48 hours. If it is to stay suspended then they will get a mail

I'm posting for a friend whose account was suspened last Tuesday and hes not heard anything. Doesn't know why its been suspended and he's contacted admin and had no response. Does anyone know how long suspensions are usually.. over a week seems a long time .
