Might have been discussed before but how about a polite “no thanks” button to reply to messages? Surely a polite no thanks is better than just been ignored?!

I think it would be a good idea to have this, potentially with the option to block at the same time. It would probably improve morale amongst the mostly single men who struggle here. And reduce the forum posts about never hearing from others

I think it would have entirely the opposite effect actually.

Can you imagine logging on to find your inbox of 'no thanks' notifications?

Site FAQ's already make it clear that a non-response should be taken as a 'no, thank you'
