Forum update button

I'd love an update thread button at the bottom of a forum thread so one click and it'll refresh. Ideally along with a anchor tag so it refreshes and you're forced back to the bottom again. Would save scrolling up, refreshing and then clicking to the latest.

Just refresh the Web page. I think most browsers will refresh and take you back to exactly where you were.
