Fake Profiles

Can we please do more to restrict new fake profiles having any access until they are fully photo verified?

I had 2 yesterday, both brand new accounts, neither verified and both asking for friend requests.

Both accounts completely disappeared when challenged on verification.

Other people won’t be so cautious and may have had their photos screenshotted and used by these people.

Just a thought

In the meantime you could filter out new profiles with your mail filters and only interact with verified members

Being non verified as a new user doesn't mean they are fake. We didn't verify until around week 4 and didn't get a verification until around 3 months in.

We like to do things in our own time, maybe they are too
