Unable to turn on my cam in chatrooms

Thought I would venture into the chat rooms to socialise and chat to people, but when I tried to put my cam on it says "your camera is incompatible".

I'm old school and not that tech savvy. I'm using an Android phone on Windows 10.

Can anyone help.?
