FabSwingers.com forum: Couples profile changed to single

Not this profile I'm posting with but recently my and my wifes couples profile has all of a sudden been charged to a single guys profile all of the pictures of her have now been rejected and all of the verifications we have given to people now say they are from a single guy when they are clearly written by a couple.

Now the wife doesn't play all that much and when she isn't we make it quite clear in the bio as well as hide all of her pictures and then I just use this profile so as it's not looking like I'm trying to trick anyone we leave the couples profile live to give an indication that I'm not just cheated.

I'm a little confused as to why it's been changed as there are nearly 30 verifications on it clearly stating that we are a real couple some no more then a month old,

How do I go about getting it reversed when the wife wants to start playing again?
