We was replying to a message where someone asked if we was on another site, they abbreviated the site, we replied we are not on that site. And named the site in the message and now we are blocked from sending messages. We didn’t know we was breaking any rules. A warning first would have been suffice

It flashes up usually about removing a word or website etc..
