whats the chance of a mail to let us know why and how long we get banned from the chat rooms ?

We are pretty sure that anyone banned from chat gets an email automatically saying what the ban is for and for how long. We are guessing this goes to the email address used to register the account.

According to advice given to us as mods, an email is sent to the banned user, giving the reason that they were banned.

When we ban someone, we tick a box and that reason then emailed to the member.

However following a recent query, Admin have said that some reasons on our list don't have an automatic email attached to them and that they were in the process of sorting it.

However since the new chatrooms have come into life, I have no idea if this has been fixed or not.

I've looked at your profile and you have a 9999 day ban - (lifetime). That is at least somem of the information you were looking for, maybe mail Admin, or the mod who banned you to find out the reason ?

This is because you're infected with a virus/trojan that is spamming the rooms with a web address.

Fix that and let us know (google microsoft security essentials and install it)
