Hi all does anyone know how I can tap on the icon below at the bottom of the screen on my mobile so I can add it to my mobile?.I have tried to look but there’s nothing there to tap on lol.any help would be grateful appreciated

On the home page down the bottom left it says add icon click it and follow the instructions
