Received a wink while hidden?

I'm just curious...

I have hidden my profile since last week as I was taking a break from Fab, but have received a wink this morning?

When I log in it still tells me my profile is hidden.

I've never interacted with the person. And I should not show nearby or in search.

I just wondered if I've missed something?

I don't think being hidden prevents you receiving winks or messages.

People can still wink and message you when you are hidden they just can't see your profile.

Oohh I see now...

So when they see I've left a verification, or on my previous forum comments they can click my name and wink. ..

Makes sense now!

Not sure why someone would wink a blank profile but takes all sorts

Yeah we can wink it seems and just sent a test wink. Looks like we can even message too from the looks of it.

All hiding does is hide your profile info, but not the options to message, wink, or hotlist, etc...
