Slightly puzzled but you can ask admin via the contact us at the bottom of your profile to assist you

I'm pretty sure if you block them your verification will disappear

If you have not met the person you can report the profile saying so and Admin may remove it. If you have met the person then they won't remove it. You can block the person though which will stop the veri being shown
