Is reporting fakes a waste of time?

I have tried to report a couple of profiles recently for being fakes who are simply wanting to promote signing you up to a paid cam or porn site.

Yet these 'members' are still active on the site.

Are any of these profiles ever removed?

Out of 4 users you have reported 3 were verified as cam girls by an admin and accounts suspended, so yes it is worth it!
