Keep getting service not available quiet annoying when in the middle of a chat this is happening quite a lot this week is there a problem ?

We're aware of this problem

It is happening intermittently and more often at peak times. It usually only lasts for 2-3 minutes.

Fixing it is our top priority but it requires some new hardware to be commissioned which takes time. We are working behind the scenes on this and expect it to be resolved sometime next week, depending on progress. We'll post an update at that point.

Until then - apologies, and if you see the 503 / service unavailable message, leave it a minute or two and hit refresh and it should be back
