FabSwingers.com forum: Relying to the Fabswingers account

Someone has reported our account for something we haven’t done and we have had a message from the Fabswingers account saying about the accusation and that we need to reply saying we understand that infringements will mean a suspension. Thought it was a wind-up at first.

The message says we need to reply saying we understand but we can’t reply. When we click on reply it just comes up with links to Q and A.

May we ask:

(1) how do we reply or respond to prevent suspension?

(2) how can we counteract such claims and prove them to be false? We imagine maybe someone we knocked back is bitter.

Please advise. Thanks.
