Profile not working

Hi my friends profile won't let her use te site. She has upgraded to a gold membership but when she logs in she can't send messages or use the site. When I look at her profile it says its on break or suspended. Any clues to why? Her preferences say her account is not on break

She should use the CONTACT link and contact admin directly. I doubt they'll answer here as she hasn't asked herself

Yes we think she was suspended. But we don't know why. She sent a message on the contact bit but never got a reply.
