Question about blocking ?

Is it possible to block someone and then that person changes their username and is then able to re-contact you ?

I blocked a guy some months ago and now see he has been looking at my profile again but he has a different username and wondered if it went on names or ip addresses stored xx

Profile says its been here over a year exact same pics and very similar wording unless they have 2 profiles ? xx

Probably just more than 1 profile. Just block the other one. You can check on your block list if the original profile is still there too
