A friend has tried daily for over a week to have admin/site owners contact them regarding a refund of site supporter fees.

So far no response.

Other than the contact form is there another way to contact them ?

What is the best way to get a response ?

Admin can only deal with this through the E-mail given to the person asking for the refund.

The user would have gotten a mail saying how to claim the refund. Once they request it through the e-mail provided, they would then get a mail saying it has been refunded with a timescale of when they should expect it

If they have not had the mail saying it has been refunded or they have had the mail and they have still not had the refund through their bank then they should get in touch again through the mail they sent their refund request to
