videos not working/appearing

This has been a problem for a while now, and started while I was a site supporter. When other's post videos, thumbnails don't appear for me. The space that they should occupy appears in the pics list along with the number of fabs received, but the video itself doesn't appear. Is anyone else having the same problem?

I often have that when i upload .. In fact it took me a while to realise I'd loaded one that i hadn't intended to

It sometimes takes up to 30mins to resolve, sometimes a couple of days
