Sending message issue

I’m currently getting an error message when I try to reply to messages telling me the block will be cleared in a few hours. Have I been reported or is this a fab issue? Just confused as I have no clue what’s going on.

It will be a word/ link/ sentance/ phrase you have said in mails. The pop up mentions you will be blocked for a couple of hours
