Hi. I ve accidently clicked on remove from hotlist and removed someone. I think you should have a warning pop up." Are you sure you want to remove person x from hotlist? " this will save mistakes being made.

if you are a laptop you should have quickly clicked the back button and you could have either put the person back or at least got their profile name to click on and add them again,,,
