Site supporter renewal

Iam having problems renewing my site supporter by text message status. Vodaphone say message not sent. But i can pay charity donations this way. Any idea what setting i need to get Vodaphone to change?

They maybe have adult restrictions ul maybe need to call them to remove them

I wondered that but i can access the site fine doing so now. So dont think thats the issue???

I can access the site from my phone but I cannot renew site supporter status so the advice that you have been given may be correct.

I am not sure it would as this is an Adult site premium number. Either way I would check with your provider just to make sure. Mine used to keep blocking mine even when I had phoned to give permission for them.

Check your spend manager, it's on the app under manage bars and extras, you will also find premium number block in that bit aswell
