So I know messages automatically delete over time, but does the little tab that says "they mailed you 10 months ago etc" also delete over time and if so when?

I have some that say I mailed them 4 years ago and same for sent to me messages.

But to answer your question, I have no idea.

We've only been in for 20 months so 3-4 years is enough to say if someone claims to gave messaged us since we've been here.

We were asking because we have a few claiming they didn't switch pics to bypass the filter to message us.

Nope, it stays for years. I've recently come across those I mailed 9 years ago apparently.

Maybe they have started a new profile and meant on their old one. Who knows.
