What happens when you try to upload? Maybe give us some more info so someone could help

When i go to add a photo and then try to click on choose file it doesn't do anything it won't let me choose file

Maybe their isn't enough space on your device to be able to upload check your device for any junk files even in site I've had similar and worked fine afterwards.
