Couples and singles profile help please?

If I wanted to make a couples profile with a play friend would I have to have another email address or could I make it with the same email address as this profile (I want to keep a single profile too) is and would, or could, it be classed as multi profiles which may result in me being banned.

I have 2 profiles on here, although one is hidden due to personal reasons, you have to use a different email address.

As long as you are clear why you have 2 profiles it isn't a banning offense.
