Sign for no mail from males

How about a sign that says that males are blocked from mailing someone. Frustrating reading some ones profile, usually very long, and then finding that you cant mail them anyway. How about a little sign like the green flag indicating that males or whoever is blocked from sending mail to this person or couple.

try using the advanced search function and select option for members who meet males

Doesn't the little bit of the profile under "Looking for" tell you that? If they've put "Not looking for single men" it's probably a clue!

We plan to show more when viewing a profile, whether you're a mutual match, shortly. This would then show up there.

It would be very useful if we could search based on sexuality - this would help to cut down on the number of incompatible profiles that get viewed if you're looking specifically for Bi Couples, Bi Females etc,etc.

Its been requested repeatedly and, speaking personally, would be far more useful than a few more icons, ticks or whatever when you view a profile.

Just my two cents.

To be fair even the longest of profiles only take a few minutes to read. They're hardly essays.

You are joking ...some profiles are as long as war and peace !

There are so many people that say they don't have time or the inclination to read a simple mail and reply....so why can't the same sort of thing apply for single males, why waste time reading a war and peace before finding out they can't mail.

I think it is a good idea myself.

Admin, thanks for your efforts on this. If this is being looked into, do you think the profile preferences can be moved to the top of the profile rather than the bottom? Seems to me that would make more sense.
