I have a couples profile which has been hidden for a couple of years. It has nearly two hundred verifications. It is there in case my partner decides to start swinging again. Also, if that profile was deleted, all those people would lose their verification from us.

For what reason?

Central

After almost 2 years of the pandemic, for much of which it was illegal to meet strangers and people have been responsible for reducing risk levels, it seems obvious that now would be more inappropriate to clear out users who others think that they have not been active enough .

Verifications - giving or showing - are optional too.

What purpose would this serve? If a pe hasn't been active for a period which concerns you, just block it.

Over the years we've been here we've had quite long breaks sometimes. We're still here...

"For what reason?"

Server storage space and maybe GDPR regulations?

GDPR requires you to remove personally identifying data if asked to.

The site's policy clearly states "We will delete your personal information when you choose to delete your account".

Most searches are in activity date order so just stop scrolling down that far

Bridlington.

It's unlikely that the site managers would delete such as it would both involve a lot of work and reduce the total number of members, a much valued way of advertising Fab as a good contact site and thereby their income.
