No photo attachments

Could there be an option to block photo attachments with messages so that senders are not able to attach a photo if the recipient does not want.

Not a bad idea. Maybe a setting that says only receive pictures from hotlist?

You can choose to hide all images on the site, not sure if it will work for messeges though

Yes, if going through the mobile app like version, go to account, then it's the bottom left tab
