Is it possible to make the filters go one better, to make the site a bit more secure for those that want it.

Rather than prevent people from just 'contacting' you, how about additional filters to also prevent people from 'looking' at your profile too.

So for example:

*Not verified by meeting

*Newbies

*Not got public photos on profile

*Not a site supporter

It would help more against fakers, pic collectors, those new to the site who come from newspaper articles etc.

(Of course make it optional - but it's there for those that want extra security).

Why not go the whole hog and extend profile viewing limits to specified genders?

or Specified sexuality?

The original idea was a 'security' issue for genuine users of the site, rather than a preference/prejudice issue.

We have no take on that, each to their own.

(although it seems a contact filter is required for some).

i have got the privacy on that no NON MEMBER can just look at my name on the internet not worried about members cos we all the same and we do all have the block button have fun
