Because when you upload a photo you can tick the gender it goes in.

It’s either they have accidentally ticked Man/male or ticked it to get to the top of men’s hot pics…

In the MF section 95% of the “Anal” catagory is mens profiles, proving they like to give it, but is poor for finding couples into it.

It will be because a mod hasn't done the job properly, for example if the pic is uploaded by the user as a male by mistake then the mod has not changed it to female or couple....if you report they will be changed.

I think they are possibly using the wrong gender categories when selecting the category maybe ?
