Admin: Our Account has been changed from Couple to Single

After the ease of lockdown rules, when we were about to buy Gold site supporter pack, we noticed that our Account has been changed from Couple to Single. We are using this account since from 2016 onwards.

We can verify it again.

Can someone help or guide us in right direction.
