We have our age filter set but still recieving emails from people outside our age range?? any ideas?

the age filter option came in when, about 1 year ago .. You guys been here at least 3 years based on youroldest public pic ... So maybe they winked/mailed you in your 1st two years on the site?

The age filters do not work if they have messaged you, at any point, before.

Thanks for the advice, some of them may have winked us before then as we have been on here donkys years!!

Not a major problem really but would thin our mail out a bit.

Anyone you've ever mailed....even a thanks but no thanks will also still be able to mail you even if they are now outwith your filters

If you ever want to know if you have messaged someone before, click o their profile and on the left hand side under the menu, it will either be blank, which means you haven't exchanged messages or winks, or it will say something like 'they messaged you a year ago'
