How are you meant to verify people if you have to be verified but the person your trying to verify is trying to verify you but can't, because neither is yet verified

You need to meet or cam with someone that is verified by meet/cam.

It's like a circle of trust.

Once you are meet/cam verified you can then verify others as meet/cam verified
